Welcome to Tennis 35+ Seniors

When asked the question "What's happening in tennis" we reply "It's booming, especially Seniors Tennis".

At this year's Australian Tennis Championships there were over 900 Players in state teams competing for the Australian Teams Trophy and in the individual Championships they play for the right to represent Australia in the 16 Team ITF Cup competitions.  Seniors tennis celebrates 37 years in the year 2007 with the annual Championships that were held on the magnificent grass courts in Perth.

Why is Seniors Tennis so successful ? As one player said "It's nice to play someone your own age". Starting with the age 35 group and moving to the next group every 5 years allows for the consistent play going up to the 80 + years group.

Seniors Love GST

Yes !! Great Social Tennis where ages are mixed and graded allowing all standards to participate in round robin events played weekly and monthly. The social life is also busy with dinner dances, BBQ's, bus trips, 0verseas Tours, city and country tournaments, night and twilight matches, Tri-state matches, the list goes on ,it's as busy as you wish to make the effort, just look at the long list in the calendar.

Seniors play for the love of the game, the enjoyment of the social life and the health that they maintain by playing Seniors Tennis.
